Adding Audio to a Page
To get started, log in to your website dashboard and select the Pages option, which appears under the content heading in the left sidebar.
Click the "New Page" button on the top of the page and configure a new page, or select a existing page from the list of pages.
Uploading Your Audio
After opening the page editor, click the blue "Attached Media" button, located on the right-hand side of the page.
Uploaded audio files are stored in this folder.
Note: when you upload audio to a page in Synergy 8, the audio is stored in the attached media folder for that particular page. Audio files uploaded on one page won't appear in the attached media folder of another page.
From the "Attached Media" folder:
- Click to the "Upload From My Computer" button.
- Navigate to the folder on your computer containing the file(s) you wish to upload.
- Select the audio file(s) you want to upload and click "Open". You can select multiple files by holding Control on windows or "Command" on mac.
Placing Audio on the Page
Now that you have audio file in the Attached Media folder you can place them on the page.
Drag and drop the audio from Attached Media sidebar to a location within your page content area. A green icon appears on your mouse cursor to show that you are trying to place your audio in a valid location.

After placing an audio file on the page, you can resize and choose how it interacts with elements around it.
Click the audio file to change the top editor bar options. This will reveal sizing and alignment options.
Clicking an audio file also reveals resize handles, allowing you to drag the audio to reduce or increase its size.
