A custom AF add-on of Synergy 8 was deveoped to make managing an Alliance Francaise center easier. In addition to the community, marketing, sales and website features of Synergy 8, the AF add-on allows you to manage memberships, enrollments, courses, timetables, teachers, private tuition and more.

Create a catalog of courses and allow students to enroll online. Set different levels, course types and age groups across multiple campuses. Manage collective, private, external and on-campus courses. The course creation functionality was developed closely with the Alliance Francaise to ensure it offers all the required features.

Enrollment Reporting & Control

See an overview of all enrolled students, enrollment statistics and a report on students who have not re-enrolled in classes. Synergy 8 allows you to get more control and visibility of your enrollment data.

View and configure your class schedules. Synergy 8 can detect timetable conflicts and double-booked tutors / locations. Easily input available teacher times and classroom locations.

A Complete, Integrated Library

The library component removes the need for third-party library management software (eg. Koha or PMB). Manage different types of documents including CDs, books and DVDs. The library produces an online catalog of resources, and you can easily configure borrowing limits. The library also features an integrated reservation and fine system.

AF Placement Tests

Users take a French language test on your website to determine their level. Online placement tests are totally configurable, and there are template placement tests already available.

Event Management

Add the optional events management component to advertise AF events. The events management system allows you to invite members to attend events, you can see who's attending events and message members who are attending (or not attending) an event.
